St. Michael Catholic School located in Muncie, Indiana is seeking a leader to serve as Principal.
Areas of responsibility include the Spiritual Leadership, Educational Leadership, and Professional Leadership for preschool through 8th grade. As the administrative lead, the principal has responsibility for the effective operation of the school following the policies and guidelines established by the office of Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Lafayette in Indiana.
Key responsibilities include:
Leadership of Faculty and Staff;
Curriculum Development;
Financial Management;
Marketing and Outreach; and
Effective Communication
Qualifications:
Must be an active practicing Catholic committed to the educational mission of the Church;
Hold an Indiana Building Level Administrator License or be eligible for Emergency Licensure;
Hold a Graduate degree(s) from an accredited college or university;
Have outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
